Uploading Your Logo

Upload the highest-quality version of your logo available. AI, EPS, SVG, PDF, and high-resolution PNG files are preferred.

Your artwork will be reviewed before production. Uploading a logo does not guarantee that it is embroidery-ready. Artwork cleanup, redesign, or digitizing may require an additional charge. We will contact you for approval before adding any additional fees.

Artwork Approval and Turnaround

We will send you a digital embroidery proof before production begins.

Production does not begin until:

• Payment has been received

• Artwork has been reviewed

• The embroidery proof has been approved

• All required order information has been submitted

Turnaround time begins after final artwork approval—not when the order is initially placed.

Rush service may be available for an additional charge and must be approved before ordering.
